Menopause & Hormonal Ageing Accredited Course

In this course we will study the endocrine system and the key hormones involved in menopause and ageing. We'll cover dietary strategies to balance oestrogen and mitigate menopause symptoms, as well as the phytochemicals to help prevent skin ageing. We'll  also dive deeply into the science of age-related skin changes so you feel confident to discuss these different aspects with your clients. 

This is a live version of the online course offered by the Skin Nutrition Institute, taught under licence. 

Who is this course for?

This course is aimed at practitioners and professionals within the the following fields: beauty therapy and aesthetics, Face Yoga practitioners, facialists, health coaches, holistic nutritionists, naturopaths, skincare and nutricosmetics formulators, holistic and plant-based chefs, health and wellness bloggers / influencers. No specific prior qualifications are required. 

How long is the course?

Approx. 4 hours. 

How is the course assessed?

There will be a short quiz at the end of the session to ensure you have grasped the concepts covered. The quiz can be completed in writing or orally according to your preference. 

Will I get a certificate?

Yes, you will receive a certificate from the Skin Nutrition Institute. You will also receive a practitioner toolkit to use with your clients and a digital web badge to display on your website to showcase your qualification. 

This course is available in person or as a live Zoom workshop. Each session requires a minimum of 5 people to run, so your booking will be confirmed once this minimum number has been met. I also offer this course as a corporate training programme (minimum 10 participants); please contact me to book. 

Please note that the online classes are taught live. You must attend in order to receive your certification (just like an in person course). 

Accreditation: 

This course is fully accredited by the IPHM (International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine) and the IGCT (International Guild of Complementary Therapists), which means you will be eligible to join their registers after completion of the programme.
